FA-2453RB Coreless Brushless DC Motor
The FA-2453RB is an ultra-long 45W high-power coreless brushless DC motor with 24mm outer diameter and 53mm extended body length. It adopts reinforced heavy-duty ball bearings and built-in 3-channel hall sensor to deliver stable closed-loop speed feedback under continuous heavy cutting loads. This model provides four winding variants including one 24V and three 30V industrial high-voltage versions, covering low-speed high-torque and ultra-high-speed performance curves for handheld power tools. Custom planetary gearbox and incremental/absolute encoder are optional to build high-power miniature drive systems.

Engineering Overview
FA-2453RB high-power coreless BLDC eliminates cogging torque and brush friction for smooth low-vibration operation and long service life. Reinforced ball bearings resist shock and dust from cutting work. Large rotor inertia delivers massive stall torque for heavy loads. It supports 24V/30V lithium power systems, built-in hall sensors maintain stable speed under load fluctuations. Optional gearbox realizes low-speed high-torque polishing output.
