FA-2438RB Coreless Brushless DC Motor
The FA-2438RB is a large-diameter 20W coreless brushless DC motor with 24mm outer diameter and 38mm body length. It adopts double heavy-duty ball bearings and built-in 3-channel hall sensor for stable closed-loop speed & position control. This model supports four industrial winding variants covering 24V, dual 30V and 32V high voltage grades, equipped with standard JST PH2.0 8Pin black silicone wire harness integrating power windings and hall signal pins. Optional G22MF planetary gearbox and EM22 incremental/absolute encoders are available for heavy-duty miniature automation, power tool and medical drive systems.

FA-2438RB large-diameter coreless brushless DC motor removes iron cogging torque and mechanical brush friction, delivering ultra-smooth low-vibration rotation, low electromagnetic interference and extended continuous service life. Double ball bearing structure greatly improves radial load resistance and shock resistance, stable under frequent start-stop and fluctuating load conditions. Larger rotor inertia provides stable torque output during high-speed cutting, grinding and polishing work. It covers mainstream industrial high voltage from 24V to 32V, matching lithium battery power tools and industrial automation power supply standards. Built-in hall sensors support real-time closed-loop speed regulation; matched planetary gearbox amplifies torque for low-speed heavy-load scenarios, while EM22 series encoders realize high-precision position control.
