FA-2438RB (Tool) Coreless Brushless DC Motor
The FA-2438RB (Tool) is a dedicated 20W coreless brushless DC motor developed for handheld power tools, featuring 24mm outer diameter and 38mm extended body length. It adopts reinforced heavy-duty precision ball bearings to withstand frequent impact and high-speed cyclic operation of grinding, polishing and carving tools. Equipped with built-in 3-channel hall sensor for stable closed-loop speed regulation under fluctuating cutting loads. This model provides four high industrial voltage winding variants covering 24V, dual 30V and 32V power supplies, with matched high-speed and high-torque performance curves to meet diverse power tool requirements. Custom planetary gearbox and encoder are optional for low-speed high-torque tool applications.
