FA-2249R Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-2249R is a high-power 10W coreless brushed DC motor with Φ22mm outer diameter and 49mm extra-long body. As a top-performance model of the series, it adopts oil-impregnated sleeve bearings and durable precious metal brushes, delivering tremendous torque and outstanding load capacity. It covers an ultra-wide voltage range from 6V to 48V, including the 48V high-voltage version to adapt to industrial high-power supply systems. Optional gearbox and encoder can be installed to realize multi-scenario precision drive control.

FA-2249R is a flagship 10W high-power model in the 22mm series, featuring an ultra-long body design and ultra-large rotor inertia, which brings superior operational stability and load capacity. The coreless rotor combined with 5-segment commutator and precious metal brushes completely eliminates cogging torque, ensuring smooth, low-noise and low-vibration operation even under extreme heavy loads. This motor pioneers a 48V high-voltage specification on the basis of conventional 6V/12V/24V, covering ultra-wide voltage ranges to meet the power supply demands of high-power industrial equipment. All versions feature short mechanical time constant, delivering extremely fast start-stop and dynamic response. With industry-leading stall torque, it can cope with sudden load changes. Matched gearboxes and encoders are available to upgrade torque and realize closed-loop precision control, which is the preferred power core for high-power and heavy-duty industrial miniature equipment.
