FA-2232R Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-2232R is a 5W long-body coreless brushed DC motor with Φ22mm outer diameter and 32mm body length. It adopts oil-impregnated sleeve bearings and premium precious metal brushes, featuring outstanding torque performance and stable continuous operation. This model is fully compatible with G22MF reduction gearbox and EM22 series incremental & absolute encoders. Four standard voltage versions from 6V to 24V are available, ideal for heavy-load industrial miniature drive systems.

Engineering Overview
As an extended-length model of the 22mm series, FA-2232R features a longer rotor structure, bringing remarkable torque output and extreme stall torque, especially the 12V version delivers excellent load resistance. Adopting coreless design and 5-segment commutator with precious metal brushes, it eliminates cogging torque to realize smooth, low-noise operation. Equipped with oil-impregnated sleeve bearings, it ensures stable performance during long-term continuous work. It supports full-range voltage from 6V to 24V, and pairs perfectly with dedicated G22MF gearbox and multi-channel EM22 encoder to realize high-precision speed and position control.
