FA-2025R Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-2025R is a high-power 5W coreless brushed DC motor with Φ20mm outer diameter and 25mm body length. Adopting durable ball bearings and premium precious metal brushes, this motor boasts excellent structural rigidity and load resistance. It covers four mainstream voltage specifications from 6V to 24V, adapting to various industrial power supply environments. With remarkable rated torque and stall torque, it performs steadily under heavy loads. Custom gearboxes and encoders are available to expand functions and realize high-precision drive control.

Engineering Overview
As a heavy-duty model of the 20mm series, FA-2025R features an extended body design and ultra-large rotor inertia, delivering outstanding speed stability and anti-interference capability during operation. It adopts wear-resistant ball bearings, which greatly improve the bearing capacity and service life compared with traditional sleeve bearings. The coreless rotor and 5-segment commutator cooperate with precious metal brushes to eliminate cogging torque completely, ensuring smooth and low-noise operation even under long-term heavy loads. This motor covers four mainstream voltage ranges from 6V to 24V, with excellent stall torque performance. It can be matched with gearboxes and encoders to build closed-loop drive systems, which is widely applicable to various industrial miniature equipment with high load and long continuous working requirements.
