Engineering Overview
As a short-body model in the 20mm series, FA-2016R is equipped with wear-resistant ball bearings to enhance structural durability. The coreless rotor and 5-segment commutator eliminate cogging torque, realizing smooth and quiet operation. It features extra-large rotor inertia and long mechanical time constant, showing excellent speed holding capability and anti-interference ability under fluctuating loads. Two different performance versions under 12V provide more choices. It is widely applicable to medium-load miniature equipment requiring long-term stable running, and can be combined with gearboxes and encoders to achieve precise speed and position control.
Typical Applications:
• Portable precision testing instruments
• Stable-output micro transmission mechanisms
• Medium-load handheld drive tools
• Compact industrial miniature actuators
