Engineering Overview
As a short-body model of the 17mm series, FA-1715R features a compact layout and excellent high-speed capability. The coreless rotor structure and 5-segment commutator paired with precious metal brushes effectively eliminate cogging torque, ensuring smooth and quiet operation during high-speed rotation. It has a wide range of mechanical time constants across different voltage versions, enabling flexible adaptation to diverse dynamic working conditions. Four mainstream voltage grades are available, and optional gearboxes and encoders can be equipped to adjust torque and realize precise control. Lightweight and space-saving, it is well-suited for highly integrated miniature drive systems.
Typical Applications:
• High-speed portable precision testing instruments
• Mini intelligent wearable drive components
• Compact beauty and cosmetic handheld tools
• Small laboratory precision transmission equipment
