FA-1628R Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-1628R is a top-tier 5W high-power coreless brushed DC motor with Φ16mm outer diameter and 28mm extended body. It adopts iron-free coreless rotor, premium precious metal brushes and durable ball bearings instead of sleeve bearings, delivering extreme torque capacity and long service life for heavy-duty operation. It works perfectly with dedicated G16MF gearbox and EM16 series incremental & absolute encoders for industrial high-precision closed-loop control.

Engineering Overview
As the highest power model in the 16mm series, FA-1628R adopts professional ball bearings to replace traditional sleeve bearings, greatly improving load capacity, wear resistance and operational stability. The coreless rotor and 5-segment commutator with precious metal brushes eliminate cogging torque, enabling ultra-smooth and low-noise rotation. It features extremely high stall torque and short mechanical time constant, delivering powerful output and fast dynamic response. Supporting full-range voltage from 3V to 24V, it can be combined with G16MF gearbox and EM16 encoders to build high-performance closed-loop drive systems, ideal for industrial heavy-load equipment requiring long-term continuous operation.
