FA-2643RC Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-2643RC is a flagship 25W ultra-high torque coreless brushed DC motor with Φ26mm outer diameter and 43mm extended body. It adopts long-life graphite carbon brushes, 11-segment commutator and heavy-duty ball bearings, realizing outstanding overload resistance and extended continuous service life. It covers a wide voltage spectrum from low 4.5V up to industrial 29V high voltage, and perfectly matches G22MF planetary gearbox and EM22 series incremental & absolute encoders to build heavy-load closed-loop drive systems.

Engineering Overview
FA-2643RC is the top-tier 25W high-power model of our coreless motor lineup, specially optimized for long-cycle heavy-load industrial operation. Different from standard precious metal brush motors, it adopts thick graphite carbon brushes and 11-piece large-size commutator, which greatly reduces brush wear under high current and frequent stall conditions, extending the whole machine service life significantly.
The extended 43mm rotor brings ultra-large rotor inertia and industry-leading stall torque, delivering powerful instantaneous output to cope with heavy startup loads. It provides four unique winding options covering low-voltage 4.5V portable equipment to special industrial 29V power supply systems, fully covering diversified power demand scenarios. All versions feature ultra-short mechanical time constant, enabling fast dynamic response and sensitive speed adjustment. Matched with G22MF gearbox and multi-channel EM22 encoder, it can realize high-precision heavy-load positioning and speed regulation, widely adopted in high-power industrial automation equipment.
