FA-2230RC Coreless Brushed DC Motor
The FA-2230RC is a 10W high-power coreless brushed DC motor with Φ22mm outer diameter and 29.7mm body length. Differentiated from conventional models, it adopts durable graphite brushes and 7 commutator segments, paired with high-performance ball bearings for enhanced durability and stability. This motor covers four mainstream voltage specifications from 6V to 24V, and is fully compatible with G22MF reduction gearbox to expand torque output. It features large rotor inertia and stable dynamic performance, perfectly suited for long-running industrial heavy-load drive scenarios.

Engineering Overview
FA-2230RC is a 10W high-power upgraded model in the 22mm series. It adopts professional graphite brushes and 7-segment commutator structure, which effectively reduces wear and prolongs the overall service life compared with conventional precious metal brushes. Equipped with wear-resistant ball bearings, the motor boasts strong radial load capacity and stable operation. It adds a 15V voltage grade on the basis of common 6V/12V/24V, covering more industrial power supply standards. With large rotor inertia and relatively long mechanical time constant, it delivers excellent speed retention and anti-interference ability, and maintains stable output under variable loads. The four versions show graded torque performance, among which the 24V version has the highest stall torque. Matched with dedicated G22MF gearbox, it can further amplify torque, making it a reliable choice for industrial automation, heavy-duty miniature actuators and continuous running precision equipment.
